What we collect

When you request the free ebook we ask for a first name and an email address. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you send. Our host and analytics may also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Why we collect it

The email address is used to deliver the ebook and to send follow up emails building on what is in it. The contact form details are used only to answer you. Technical information is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. We do not require a phone number, and we do not make sales calls.

How long we keep it

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Unsubscribing and removal

Every email includes a one click unsubscribe link. You can also email us and ask to be removed, and we will do it. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.

Cookies

The site uses cookies needed for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave differently.
